Ours is a sometimes demanding job that can leave you scratching your.  We have all been there at one time or another.  To that end, in an effort to make this transition as easy as possible, we have fellow pilots who have volunteered to help guide you along this path.  If you have any questions about how we operate as an Airline; anything from when and how to bid, who is a demanding Captain, our CBA or where is a good place to eat in PVG; we have pilots who will make themselves available to you to help make this new life as painless as possible.
