• In order to help resolve similar names and match this set of user data with seniority lists, membership rosters, bid awards and the like, we are requiring your employee number -- 'EmplNo' as a new bit of identifying data.
• It would be best if your "Telephone" was your home, unless you use your cell as your home number. 
• For those that use Skype, a field has been added for that 'ID' or number. 
• The PIN is for the Vicki phone system; something like VARS or ASPEN used to be.  Please use only numbers for this PIN. We suggest at least 4 digits, but you can use more. 
• This is the very best way for you to keep the local updated on your personal contact information.  Please ensure that your email, mailing address and phone contact information is current.
• Finally, while this site does not use an SSL or https security protocol, it is secure and your personal information will be protected; email and other data will not be shared outside of the IBT.
